By using this app you agree to these terms.

You may use the app for personal note-taking and sketching. All content you create remains on your device unless you choose to export or back it up.
We do not claim ownership of your content.

Annual subscription: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
3-day free trial: If offered, a 3-day free trial may be available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the annual subscription price. No partial refund for unused trial.
Restore purchases: You can restore previous purchases at any time from within the app (e.g. "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen).

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for loss of data due to device failure or user action. Back up important content yourself.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Contact artenook@outlook.com with questions.
